Heirloom Cauliflower Mixed Purple, Green and White seeds

Heirloom Snowball Early, Macerata Green and Purple Sicily cauliflowers make up this colourful mixed pack. These 3 have varieties have different harvest times to give a long period of produce. Packed with vitamin C this low carbohydrate vegetable is a great alternative to rice, can be used for pizza bases or roasted into steaks. 

Cauliflowers prefer cool weather for faster development. 

 Open-pollinated, not chemically treated, Non-GMO, non-hybrid, heirloom seeds.

How to grow-

Sow in Autumn to early Spring when the soil temperature in below 22°c in a sunny position.

Harvest - 

60-185 days after germination. 

Heirloom Snowball Early keeps leaves over the head as sun protection 60-70 days to harvest.

Heirloom Macerata Green has a lime green head and excellent cold tolerance. 80-85 days to harvest.

Heirloom Purple Sicily fantastic eaten raw or turns green when cooked. 160-175 days to harvest
